For all entry services (home, business, or vehicle lockouts), the customer must provide valid identification and reasonable proof of authorization for the property or vehicle before entry is performed. We reserve the right to decline service if authorization cannot be established.
Quotes are provided up front by phone based on the information given. Final pricing may adjust if the on-site situation differs materially from what was described (for example, a high-security lock not mentioned on the call). Any change is communicated and approved before work begins.
Workmanship on installations and repairs is guaranteed. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, weather, forced entry attempts, or modifications by others.
CS Locksmith is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
